German Boat Fair, Düsseldorf.
For the boats of the fishermen we build an electric outboard motor with 6 kW. The fuel comes from the sun via PV. With one battery they can drive 40 km. If they need more driving distance they can take more batteries. Now we are presenting our products at the German boat fair in Düsseldorf.
We are in Munich at the IAA in the beginning of September.
In a university cooperation between the Technical University of Esslingen and the Stuttgart University for Media, students developed a drive system for a solar -powered vehicle for the Gambian market. We promote the project GaSolEn with our unified battery pack at the IAA.
We are in Banjul in November, 2023.
A second charging station shall be installed at USET. Lectures and training at the technical university are in our focus. Use cases of exchangeable batteries shall be researched by students. Our goal is to build up a team of experts for installation, operation and maintenance of electro mobility solutions in West Africa.
We are in Balingho on June 21, 2023.
In the fishing village, within the sight of the large bridge over the Gambia River, we celebrate the inauguration of our first charging station for exchangeable batteries. The location is an old port of the Britten when there was still a ship on the river, that transported the goods and people along the river between Basse and Banjul. International guests are expected for the opening ceremony.

On the subject of solutions for renewable energies in remote networks and decentral technologies, we take part in the energy business program of the German Export Initiative for Energy, which is carried out on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection.

Following the invitation of BEM (Bundesverband eMobilität e.V., German Federal Association for eMobility) we will discuss VoltaMove´s development concept: “Lightweight, Sunlight and Swappable Batteries”.
